Hi, I’m Sonia—Registered Dietitian, researcher, and mum. I specialize in fertility and pregnancy nutrition, and I created this group because I believe the early weeks of pregnancy are one of the most impactful times to support your baby’s lifelong health.
This isn’t about tracking every bite—it’s about helping you feel calm and confident in your body and your choices as you enter this next chapter.
