You’ve just found out you’re pregnant—now what?

Suddenly, everyone has an opinion on what you should eat. You’re Googling foods at every meal, trying to remember which cheese is safe, and wondering whether your prenatal multivitamin covers everything your baby needs. And if you’re dealing with nausea, even the idea of food feels overwhelming.

This is a powerful window to support your baby’s development—but you don’t need to do it perfectly. You just need a calm space to get the right info and feel supported along the way.

You’ll walk away with:

• A clear understanding of which nutrients matter most (and how to get them)
• Ideas for managing common prenatal side effects (eg. nausea, heartburn, constipation) while still nourishing yourself and your baby
• An understanding of food safety practices to consider during pregnancy
• A clear idea of what to expect from a nutrition perspective for all of pregnancy

This program is here to help.
